All sales for Sips, Strokes & JRey events are final.

Due to the nature of our events—limited seating, individualized preparation, and perishable or custom supplies—we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

Please understand:

• We do not issue refunds for cancellations, missed classes, late arrivals, or personal schedule conflicts.
   
• If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Let us know ahead of time so we can update the reservation 24 hours prior to the event at  contact@sipstrokesandjrey.com.
   
• If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will receive a credit toward a future class or be offered an alternative option. Cancel and reschedules must be communicated within 48 hours by emailing  contact@sipstrokesandjrey.com.
